Step into the magical world of Bothwell School of Witchcraft, the most ancient Witchard college in Britain, that is gathering for another year of learning, friendship, and adventure. A whirlwind of magical education awaits as professors share fantastic secrets with eager students, try to steer them on the right academic paths with students inevitably falling into hijinks and mishaps, and the campus honouring the local faerie folk whose magic supports the ring of protection that keeps the school a safe space.
As is tradition, we will start the school year with First Years being sorted into one of the four school Houses, the curriculum introduced and lessons beginning, and of course the Opening Ball – which also plays host to the thrilling Midsummer Night’s Gala to honour these local, land-owning Fae. In true Bothwell style, and knowing the high calibre of academic excellence present, we’re sure all will go off without a hitch…!
Join us from the 22nd of August 2024 for a weekend full of magic, wonder and unforgettable memories! Set in the gorgeous countryside of the border of Derbyshire and Staffordshire, Abottsholme will play host to Bothwell School. Included in your ticket is a catered three night stay within Abbotsholme’s own spacious and comfortable accommodation. Food served at the event is made to a high standard from organic and local produce for a range of specific catering needs.
