Be the hero of a shared story, created with thousands of fans from all over the World. The WereWar Special explores a darker storyline and the price of magic!

1 All meals and hot drinks

All meals are included from Thursday afternoon until Sunday morning. The buffet style meals offer vegan and vegetarian options.

Hot drinks (tea and coffee) with regular and lactose free milk options are also included. Alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the in-game Tavern (with Euros or Polish Zloty).

2 Three nights at the castle

The events take place at 12th-century Czocha Castle in Poland. The entire castle and grounds is reserved for the event and off limits to outsiders. Normally it as a regular hotel with all due commodities. Your stay will include 3 nights in one of the cosy bedrooms, which you will share with your fellow students. Bed linen and towels provided for you.

3 Props and costume

Upon arrival you receive a robe & tie in your house colors, as well as a student handbook and a map of the school (so you don‘t get stuck in one of the secret passageways).

Please bring anything else you might need yourself (wand, witchard hat, notebook, pen, ball outfit, good shoes, warm socks and cool trinkets).

4 Airport-Castle Bus (return trip)

Our event bus is available from Berlin airports, to bring you to the castle door and back. The bus leaves at 9:30AM CET from Tegel (TXL), returning Sunday at 6PM CET. Pick up from Schönefeld (SXF) is at 11:00 CET on Thursday, returning Sunday at 16:30 CET.
