A note about payment plans

We know that our community has long asked us for a variety of options when it comes to paying for tickets to our events.

We know our events aren’t the cheapest around, and we have been spending quite a bit of time exploring options. It is the ongoing battle between the scope and quality we want to deliver, and that you have become accustomed to, while ensuring that our events remain as accessible as possible.
It is the very definition of a rock and a hard place, and we’re constantly trying to come up with new creative ways of threading that needle.

Previously enabling payment plans were tricky due to several logistical challenges that arose from operating under a production company. As that is no longer the case it gives us the freedom to do more things.

As of yesterday, payment plans are available for all of our tickets. I strongly encourage everyone to read our terms for payment plans.

Our payment plans come in three sizes; 3 Months, 6 Months and 9 Months. They all include a 15% immediate payment of a ticket, and then the remainder is evenly spread across the following months.
Payment plans are available for participants who use payment cards as well as those who prefer bank transfers.

Regardless of your payment plan, all tickets must be paid in full at least three weeks prior to an event running. We will remove payment plan options per event as we move closer and closer to events running, but even if we don’t (because we might forget … we’re human, too) – the ticket must be paid in full no less than three weeks before an event.

Keep in mind, though, that payment plans are not automatic. It is your responsibility to keep up with your payment plan (though our ticket system will send you email reminders).

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to send them our way. Either via [email protected] or on our social media.
