Go Date
As tickets are launching closer to the event date than usual we want everyone to be able to make plans and book travel with confidence. We need at least 80 players to ensure the costs of the event are covered so as soon as we have that many players the event will be guaranteed to run. If we’ve not sold those tickets by the end of August we’ll still make a definite decision then – either to go ahead because we’re confident the remaining tickets will sell or to cancel the event. This means the end of August is the latest we’ll confirm the event which should leave plenty of time to arrange travel. If we do have to cancel the event then anyone who’s already booked will get a full refund of the ticket cost.
