There can be a couple of reasons why you are not getting our emails.
First of all, if you didn’t buy your ticket we do not have consent to email you.
You’ll have to get in touch with us via [email protected] to give that consent. We value your privacy and your right to choose who contacts you, and as such we follow European regulations stating that consent cannot be granted through a third party.
Secondly, even if you did buy your tickets yourself, there can be a number of reasons why you are not receiving them.
Often we find that people have anti-spam software that “helpfully” unsubscribes them from mailing lists automatically.
Thirdly, even with all of the above in place, the system we use (Mailchimp) can at times create a false negative report on whether or not we’re allowed to send email to a given address. In such scenarios, we always err on the side of caution.
We understand that all of this is very inconvenient, but we prefer to err on the side of caution, rather than annoy people with unwanted communications.
We are always working on a better and more integrated solution, and any and all feedback is very welcome at [email protected].

They touch upon subjects such as castle safety, player safety (emotional and physical), consent, game mechanics, how to play magic, study paths and classes, House values, and practical details.
