If you bought the ticket before casting has taken place, you will simply fill out the casting when it opens.

If you bought the ticket after casting has taken place, you will take over the character assigned to the player you purchased your ticket from. You might be able to make changes to the character (such as which groups it belongs to),  but depending on the state of casting for the event we might not be able to offer you what you’re looking for.

It is likely you either were not logged in when you booked your ticket, or used one email address for the ticket and another for your account. Make sure they are the same, and if that fails reach to us via [email protected]
