This is a volunteer position.
As we are taking a more active role on Social Media we are going to need help keeping our community safe for everyone. This is where you come in!
You’re a calm, level-headed and most of all fair person. You’re able to see an argument for from all sides, and you have enough compassion to see through to the root cause of someone possibly behaving in a less than pleasant way.
You will be a part of our social media moderator team (that we’re hoping to build with your help), and you will help establish guidelines and moderation tactics.
If you have experience moderating Facebook Groups, Instagram and Discord servers that would be helpful, but if you don’t that’s okay too. As long as you are willing to learn.
We’re looking to create a diverse team of diverse people from many backgrounds, so we’re sure that we can get as many different viewpoints on a problem as possible.
It is a common expectation for all Witchards Society team members that they are self-starters and can work with little to no supervision.
