Authorities are asking us to compile a list of all players, cast, staff and crew, and to inform all players to self-isolate. If you are among those people, you already have an email from us. If you are among those present at the events, you should get tested (if that option is available to you in your country) and you must immediately self-quarantine for at least 14 days. Please make yourself acquainted with your country’s quarantine protocols for COVID-19, and if you show any symptoms contact medical assistance.
On a personal note, we are deeply saddened by the challenges people are facing around the world. College of Wizardry has had a tough year of our own and was just getting back on our feet as a community. We are now looking into what we can do as far as further support. As we know many are self-employed and small business creatives, please reach out and let us know if you’re having issues with travel insurance or other issues during this period.
As a precautionary measure we are also suspending ticket sales and cancelling the current events. We will reach out with possible rescheduling or refund options once we have gathered information from all involved parties. Expect several weeks delays given the current situation internationally. We will refrain from opening future ticket sales until the situation is resolved.
